Madame Grey, founded by Cassandra Grey of Violet Grey, is a new luxury brand that blends modern elegance with artistic refinement. Beginning with exclusive perfume drops and expanding into candles, home fragrances, and curated art pieces, the brand creates desire through scarcity and sophistication. We partnered with Madame Grey to shape and launch their go-to-market strategy, delivering UX/UI, design, and development.
Madame Grey wanted an intentional, zen-like experience—museum-inspired with white space, striking photography, and subtle interactions—to showcase their signature scents and build anticipation for each drop. Our goal: create an immersive platform that elevates the brand, captures leads through SMS and email, and drives conversions while laying the groundwork for future releases.
Through discovery, we aligned on brand aesthetics, structured the content hierarchy, and developed wireframes, style guides, and a flexible design system. We also recommended pre-drop landing pages with countdowns, interactive sections, a past catalog for SEO, and an about page that balanced heritage with modernity—all designed to deliver a seamless launch.
